Volunteer
Recruitment:
Up to 5 volunteers will be selected.
Expectations of Volunteers:

Review the conference schedule to have an understanding of topics and locations.

Attend a pre-conference organizational meeting (usually early Thursday afternoon) to go over the flow of the conference and anticipate any questions.
During the conference, your duties will include:

greeting participants,
-
answering questions about locations and logistics, and
-
trouble-shooting for problems that may arise for the organization or individuals.
Note that the CCIL Secretariat, together with any casual help they consider necessary to hire, deals with the core logistical functions of organizing the conference. Volunteers are not expected to assist with these activities, though if they are willing and the Secretariat requests assistance, they are welcome to do so.
Benefits provided to Volunteers:

Volunteers are welcome to attend all conference sessions not in conflict with their assigned schedule.

Breakfast and lunch is provided, and spare banquet tickets may be available.

The application process will open September 5th, 2015, and will close on October 1st, 2015 at 5 p.m. Selected volunteers will be notified the first week of October.
